FROM IDEA TO A BETTER FILE

Keep the intent.
Refine the design.

A hand-shaped board has a language. A good digital file needs to speak it.

01 / CREATE

Custom digital design

A new concept developed around the surfer, the waves, and the intended feel, with the technical detail to carry it forward. New design work is scoped and quoted before it begins.

02 / TRANSLATE

Hand shape to digital

Translate the intent and measurements of an existing hand-shaped board into a considered Shape3D design. The reference measurements, material, and scope are agreed first.

ROCKER / RAILS / CONCAVES

Can you work on an existing Shape3D file?

Yes. File review and refinement starts at $125, including the initial review and up to one hour of work. Additional work is quoted before proceeding.

Can you translate my hand-shaped board?

That is part of the service. We first agree what reference measurements and material are available, what needs to be captured, and the scope of the digital translation.

What does a protected license allow?

The proposed license covers 12 months, unlimited cuts during that term, and no modifications to the protected design. Intended commercial use and other rights will be specified in the written agreement before work begins.

Does my cutting center need Shape3D?

Yes. Your cutting center needs a compatible paid Shape3D license to use the protected design file. Shape3D Lite is not sufficient. We’ll confirm compatibility with your cutting center before delivery.

Can I buy ownership later?

A full-ownership option is available. Any credit for earlier license payments and the exact transfer terms must be agreed in writing as part of the quote.
